Returns cost savings for a site broken down by time bucket over the requested interval.
Savings are a counterfactual: the real cost of running with the Lunar system versus
what the same household consumption would have cost without it
(consumptionOnlyTotal - realTotal). A negative value is valid and means the
counterfactual bill would have been cheaper. P1M (monthly) is the only supported
resolution.
